WHAT DO I PUT HERE?
As goes for every page of WPED, whatever the heck you want! I personally use this as a place where I put important events or appointments that cover multiple days, like music festivals, tours, retreats, etc. Some people might use this as a place to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, doctor appointments, travel schedules, or anything that's helpful to zoom out and see well in advance.
PERSONALIZING IT
As you can see in my photo, I highlight the weekends throughout the year. It helps guide me through a visual map to understand how the days fall, but it's not for everyone. I usually use some soft pastel color, but this year I went for full-on fluorescent yellow highlighter because I was feeling bold!
ERASABLE PENS
This is a place where erasable pens really come in handy, if you're using it to make note of plans that may shift or change. The pens pop more than pencil, but committing to permanent ink can be daunting. The point is not to be afraid to make marks ALL OVER your book! Use it up, use it up, use it up. Live is to be lived, not to be fretted over with the fear of being imperfect.
I'm so far from perfect. For example, the page numbers in the 2021 edition were so tiny! That was a mistake, and while I'm not thrilled about it, I'm also NOT FRETTING about it. 2022's planner has much larger page numbers. You live, you try, and you learn.
